IS LAGREE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Absolutely. Every exercise can be adapted to your individual fitness level by adjusting the range of motion, spring resistance, and exercise variations. Our certified coaches guide you throughout the class and will help you find the right level of challenge.If you're completely new to Lagree or simply prefer a slower introduction, we recommend starting with our Foundations class before joining our other sessions.

HeroBoard Pilates™ is a dynamic Pilates method performed on an unstable board that challenges balance, coordination, strength and stability through controlled, full-body movements.At MAISON LUY, HeroBoard is offered through exclusive experiences rather than as part of our regular schedule. During the summer months, sessions take place in Le Patio, with additional events organised throughout the year in carefully selected locations.
